Danny Shacham - Founder, President and Board Member, has an M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Danny brings with him 35 years of extensive experience in managing large and small scale R&D projects, production, marketing and business experience. Danny is the founder and president of Nextec for the last eleven years. Danny served in the Israeli Navy in various hi-tech R&D and management positions. As head of the Naval Shipyards and Weapon Systems Labs, he dealt with cutting edge technology in weapon and control systems, software applications and unique Electro-optical combat and surveillance systems.
Dr. David Bunimovich - Vice President R&D and Engineering, holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Tel-Aviv University. David has eleven years of hi-tech experience in research and development of optical systems. His main areas of expertise include laser, electro-optical components, signal and image processing, spectroscopy, high precision motion control, algorithms and software development for the hi tech industry.
Boris Vaysman - Software development manager, holds a Bachelor degree in Software Development and an M.Sc. degree in Robotic Systems from Polytechnic University, Minsk. Boris accumulated sixteen years of technical experience in software development and software design. He is working for Nextec for the last ten years in software development and programming, 3D computer graphic, CAD software and Real-time programming
Rami Saban - Hardware development manager, Rami is an Electronic engineer who accumulated over 19 years of relevant technical experience in hardware development and embedded software development for both industrial and military applications. Rami lead and managed innovative developments and turn key projects during his professional career in the field of Consumer Products, Communication, Medical, Aerospace and, Naval applications.
