一汽与Nextec科技发布了生产车间在线缸盖铸件测量及检测系统生产车间突破

Changchun, P.R.China, January 2010 – FAW Foundry Co. Ltd. and Nextec Technologies 2001 Ltd. are proud to announce the successful installation of Nextec innovative WIZinspect system on FAW production floor.

Using the new WIZinspect systems, FAW quality control specialists are now able to measure and inspect cylinder head castings in-line in a fraction of the time of a conventional CMM based system. FAW will integrate these systems in its extensive project for new cylinder head castings.

使用最新的WIZinspect系统，一汽的质量控制专家现在能够在线测量和检测发动机缸盖铸件，仅花费传统三坐标系统的很少的时间。一汽将这些系统应用到更广阔的新缸盖领域。

The inspection process is now an integral part of the FAW production line. The cylinder heads are fed into the WIZinspect system, the precise position of the part is found by WIZinspect automatic part alignment procedure and automatic part inspection is performed. Part alignment cycle time is 20 seconds and part inspection cycle time is under 100 seconds.

现在，检验是一汽生产流水线一个主要的部分。缸盖被装载进WIZinspect系统，WIZinspect自动零件定位程序能够找到零件的精确位置，同时执行自动零件检验。零件定位时间为20秒，零件整体检验时间低于100秒。

“A complete quality control procedure for a cylinder head cast that until today lasted 15 minutes while implying a conventional CMM with a touch probe, now takes only 2 minutes” says Mr. Cong PeiJun, FAW Project Manager.“Now, we improve the product inspection speed and inspection quality, to provide our customer with better products”
