Exhibitions September 2004 Master-Service, Nextec's distributor in Russia, has conducted a successful professional seminar in St. Petersburg for potential customers from different manufacturing plants of Russia. The seminar included presentations of Nextec (Israel), Coord3 (Italy) and Sylvac (Switzerland) companies. The potential customers were very impressed by the Hawk, WIZblade and WIZinspect features. Master Service is the Russian local sales company and support for Nextec products and applications. June 2004 Nextec exhibited the WIZblade, at ASME Turbo Expo 2004 in Vienna, Austria. The WIZblade attracted the attention of major players in the aerospace and power generation industries, both blade manufacturers and MRO (repair facilities) from Europe, USA and Asia. We exhibited on Coord3 based platform how we measure and inspect forged blades and finished blades (LE and TE) in a fraction of the time of a conventional CMM based system. The Modeler, our software tool for fast new blade introduction, and our Reporting module were exhibited for the first time. May 2004 Nextec's distributor in Finland, Teraskonttori, participated at FinnTec 04, Helsinki International Technical Fair, 11.-14.5.2004. February 2004 Nextec's distributor in UK, MSL - Measurement Solutions Ltd., has conducted a successful Open House at its premises for potential UK WIZblade customers. The Open House included live demonstrations of the WIZblade software using a Coord3 Hera 12-9-7 fitted with a WIZblade Kit. The potential customers were very impressed by the WIZblade performance and features. MSL is the UK local sales and support for Nextec products and applications. October 2003 Nextec participated in the EMO 2003 exhibition in Milan Italy with its OEM partner Coord3. Coord3 has exhibited the Hawk Kit mounted onto Ares 10-7-5. The demonstrated applications were turbine-blade, shoe lace, cell phone cover and artistic part digitizing for reverse engineering and CAD Compare. The demonstration attracted the attention of many visitors who crowded the beautifully designed and perfectly located stand. September 2003 Nextec's distributor in Finland, Teraskonttori, presented the Hawk 2-2-2 at the ALIHANKINTA 2003 Subcontracting Fair in Tampere June 2003 Nextec exhibited the new WIZblade.for the first time at ASME Turbo Expo 2003 in Atlanta. The WIZblade, a state-of-the-art turnkey Blade Measurement Solution for finished (machined) and unfinished (forged) blades, attracted the attention of major players in the blade industry. These corporations as well as other potential customers expressed interest in the new non-contact blade measurement solution May 2003 Nextec participated in the Control 2003 exhibition in Sinsheim Germany with its OEM partners Mitutoyo and Coord3. The Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex mounted with Nextec's WIZprobe 7 and ACR-3 Tool-Changer was presented at the Mitutoyo booth measuring a turbine blade using the WIZprobe, and attracted the attention of many visitors. Coord3 has exhibited the Hawk Kit mounted onto ARES 764 CMM. The demonstrated application was turbine-blade measurement. The demonstration attracted the attention of many visitors due the huge potential of non-contact high precision measurement using the WIZprobe-7. April 2003 Mitutoyo Japan has exhibited the WIZprobe 7 at its stand in Intermold 2003, Tokyo. WIZprobe 7 is small in size, has a standard PH-10 interface - AUTOJOINT connection, can be easily fitted onto any CMM and can replace conventional mechanical touch probes. WIZprobe 7 is integrated with COSMOS, Mitutoyo Measurement Software. Brown & Sharpe Qiaoshao (BSQ) has participated in the CIMT exhibition in Beijing and exhibited for the first time the new Global Hawk. The Global Hawk (Dual-Purpose CMM based on Brown & Sharpe Global platform) was presented at the booth, and attracted the attention of many visitors from various industries. The Global Hawk is offered in a variety of sizes to meet customers' specific applications. and is sold exclusively by BSQ to customers in China. The Brown & Sharpe Global 7-7-7 mounted with Nextec's Hawk Kit was presented at the booth, and attracted the attention of many visitors from various industries, such as shoes, toys and cell phones. Coord3 has exhibited the Hawk Kit at its stand mounted onto Ares 764 CMM. Coord3 is very successful in selling its CMM with Hawk Kit in China in various reverse engineering applications. April 2002 Nextec participated in the Control 2002 exhibition in Sinsheim Germany with its distributor L.O.T. GmbH. The Brown & Sharpe Global 7-7-7 mounted with Nextec's Hawk Kit was presented at the booth, together with the Hawk 2-2-2 model. Mitutoyo has exhibited the NEW WIZprobe at its stand. The NEW WIZprobe is small in size, has a standard PH-10 interface - AUTOJOINT connection, can be easily fitted onto any CMM and can replace conventional mechanical touch probes. November 2001 Nextec participated in the Euromold 2001 exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany, with its distributor L.O.T. GmbH. Euromold is the leading trade fair for Moldmaking and Tooling, Design and Application Development. Our Hawk 7-6-4 was presented at the booth, together with the 2-2-2 model.   Nextec's distributor in Greece, Paretzoglou, presented the Hawk 2-2-2 at the Multi Machinery exhibition in Athens.

September 2001 Nextec participated with its partners in two European exhibitions: EMO 2001, Hannnover, that covered the entire range of metalworking products, where the Hawk Kit was successfully integrated and demonstrated on Brown & Sharpe DEA and Coord3 CMMs. At Control 2001 in Parma, Italy, the Hawk Kit was installed on Brown & Sharpe DEA’s Mistral CMM . Nextec signed a new distribution agreement with LOT-Oriel GmbH to cover the German-speaking countries. L.O.T. (Lasers, Optics and Technology) is a Pan-European High-Tech distributor headquartered in Germany selling and servicing lasers and Test and Analysis Equipment for R & D and QC. With 30 years of experience and more than 60 employees, LOT is committed to serve customers pre and after-sales. Nextec’s Hawk 222 was demonstrated at the Thessalonika International Fair, Greece, the largest exhibition event in Southeast Europe and Eastern Mediterranean, by our Greek distributor, Paretzoglou. August 2001 Visit of Mr. Claude Satinet, General Director of Citroen, at Nextec. Following the successful visit a delegation of senior purchasing managers came to Israel and was given a special presentation. Due to their expressed interest, Nextec’s managers were invited to Paris for continuation of discussions. May 2001 Nextec exhibited at the Control exhibition in Germany, the world's leading trade fair for quality assurance. Two Hawk models were demonstrated: Hawk 2-2-2 and Hawk 5-4-4. During the show Nextec participated in the new-founded forum of CMM and Non-Contact manufacturers, working on establishing the industry’s standards. Nextec signed a distribution agreement with Taiwan Instrument Co., Ltd (Taiwan). TIC, founded in 1946, is one of the largest and reputable instrument companies in Taiwan. TIC has played an active role in the development of Taiwan's economy and technological growth by participating in the research and development of Taiwan's bio-medical, astronomy, optics, and high-tech industries, in addition to its customer-oriented core value. April 2001 Nextec released its new Hawk Family of products in the Quality Expo in Chicago. The new large Hawk model 5-4-4 , presented together with the smaller Hawk 2-2-2, attracted many visitors who were intrigued by their Reverse Engineering and CAD Compare capabilities. Nextec has recently signed a distribution agreement with Kontech Development Ltd. based in Hong-Kong. Kontech is Nextec's third distributor in the Far-East, thus enhancing our net of distributors in this rising region. Kontech Development Ltd - is a major supplier of precision machine tools, CAD/CAM systems, measuring and laser digitizing machines to various metal cutting industries and educational institutes, in Hong Kong and South China. During the Linkage show in Hong-Kong, Kontech exhibited the Hawk 2-2-2. Nextec in coordination with Coord3 exhibited in the CIMT show in China. The show was a huge success and exposed the new Hawk Family to a wide and varied market. The visitors of CIMT were highly interested in the systems' accurate and rapid scanning & digitizing capabilities. March 2001 Nextec has appointed Kostas Paretzoglou as its distributor in Greece. Paretzolglou Co. was established Greece in 1904, and is currently under the management of the 3rd generation. The company is highly specialized in the marketing & sales of CNC machine tools for the metal process, and represents exclusively over twenty European and American manufacturers. The first step in this cooperation took place in the "Metallon" exhibition in Athens, where the Hawk 2-2-2 was demonstrated in Paretzoglou's booth.
